Belzona® 1000 Series Metals Generally 2-Pack epoxy binders for high mechanical strength, heat/chemical resistance and adhesion. Functional fillers such as silicone steel to give metallic properties, graphite for lubricity, conductive materials where electrical conductance required, abrasive fillers for protection against abrasive attack. Pigments for control of thorough mixing and for two coat applications for uniform coverage and to prevent misses. Thixotropic additives where appropriate to provide gel strength and sag resistance in the Hi-Build/repair grades. Other additives to enhance abrasion resistance, reduce friction, adjust porosity and hydrophobicity.
